Upon receipt of your rental payment, we will send you the key code and a map to the condo along with additional condo information. Please note the following conditions apply to the condo rental.

1. A processing fee of $75 will be charged for cancellations.
2. Deposit will be refunded 3-4 weeks after departure.
3. Deposit will be forfeited with less than 90 days written notice of cancellation.
4. Rental is due 60 days in advance of arrival date. It will be returned for cancellations if the condo can be re-rented.
5. If there is a chance that you could not make the reservation due to illness or unforseen circumstances, we have found an insurance provider that is reasonably inexpensive. For example, it is about $50 for a week long stay. Their website is www.csatravelprotection.com.
