Owner's Comments

Our friend Mark (the property manager and a great surfer) owns Prince Kuhio Resort #315 but we (Jack & Dorinda) rent it out for him. It is a very large 900 sq ft, 1-bedroom condo with 1 1/2 baths and is very nicely decorated! It has a beautiful ocean view from the bedroom and lanai and a great garden view from the living room window.

In addition to a king size bed in the bedroom, this condo has a sofa bed in the living room. Other amenities include a fully equipped, large kitchen, stereo/cassette/CD player, cable TV/VCR, and a ceiling fan in the living room.

The picture window in the living room overlooks the tropical garden and the koi pond. The picture (above) was taken with the front door open so you could see more of the garden. You can hear the koi pond water fall from the living room. The wooden loovers at the bottom of the window open and close!

The kitchen is a big bonus. Unlike all the other large 1 bedroom condos, there is an extra room in this condo and it is used for the kitchen. It is over 200 square feet large!

The bedroom is a very large room with a king size bed, wall-to-wall windows, and sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai (deck). Mark's view of the ocean is breathtaking!
